The Policy applies to all users of Jasso SERVICES and members APP. The terms governing your use of the Jasso SERVICES and APP are defined in our Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms and Conditions of Use'').


From time to time, we may develop new or offer additional features and services. If the introduction of these new or additional services results in any material change to the way we collect or process your personal data we will provide you with more information or additional terms or policies. Unless stated otherwise when we introduce these new or additional services, they will be subject to this Policy.

We have set out below which personal data we collect and use about you and how we collect it. All the data we collect is provided by you. We do not collect indirect data obtained from your behavior using the app, interactions with other users, etc. Some of the personal data we will ask you to provide is required in order to create your account for our SERVICES. You also have the option to provide us with additional personal data in order to make your account more personalized (for example, avatar pictures). Other data we ask from you relates to the clients, products/services and work you will manage using the application.

Name

Email

Telephone number

Address (Street and number, postal code, city)

Company’s name

Role in the company (Admin, Manager, or Staff)


Corporate information:

Name of the organization

Business ID

Address (Street and number, postal code, city)

Name of the organization’s clients

Addresses of the locations where work is to be performed (i.e., client’s addresses)


Work information:

List of Services/Products a company offers

Staff’s competences for a given service/product

Tasks list about the services/products to be provided

Time-logs of the staff performing the tasks

4. What we use your personal data for

A separate mailing list is compiled from the information in the member register for mailing feedback forms about the use and experience with our SERVICES and the members APP (to be sent 3 times after registering for Jasso SERVICES, as described in our terms and conditions document). The list will be extracted by the party responsible for mailing the feedback forms (Mindhive Oy), and the following information is extracted from the member register: (1) The email address of the contact; (2) Role in the organization (Admin, Manager, or Staff). We utilize your data only to reach you by email, the feedback information you provide is handled as anonymous data.

The remaining of the data, together with personal data, is utilized by us in order to provide interaction with users and allow a proper management of the workload and teams in our SERVICES and members APP.

Phone’s geolocation data is collected only for the Geofencing feature of the members APP to work, and it is not stored in the database. Time logs of when work was executed are stored in the database and used to compile the report information for your company.

5. Sharing your personal data

As stated above, Mindhive Oy, the company developing our digital services, will have access to the personal information relevant for sending the feedback forms. Other than that all the information is utilized only internally. The information is not public but lives behind the login and only visible to you and some members of your company with specific roles, namely Admin and Managers.


Under certain circumstances, personal information disclosed to other companies or third party service providers in Finland (incl. Accounting firm, IT support), if they agree to process personal data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and thus to ensure an equivalent level of protection of your personal information. We guarantee that we will not pass on your personal data for commercial purposes or for any purpose other than as set out in the circumstances or as required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with the Jasso SERVICES and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as our company’s bookkeeping purposes, complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes.


Where we need to retain the personal data for our legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations, we will retain the necessary personal data for the period required by applicable law; and/or,

Where necessary for our legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention or to maintain the security of our users.

7. Keeping your personal data safe

We are committed to protecting our users’ personal data. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to help protect the security of your personal data; however, please note that no system is ever completely secure. 

Your password protects your user account, so we encourage you to use a strong password that is unique to your Jasso SERVICES account, never share your password with anyone, limit access to your computer and browser, and log out after having used the members APP.

Member data is stored in the EU. The information collected as described above is stored in Google's Firebase databases. Google is committed to complying with the European Commission's model contract clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection for the data it processes (Google Data Processing and Security Terms 2.0).

8. Changes to this Policy

We may occasionally make changes to this Policy.


When we make material changes to this Policy, we’ll provide you with prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances, e.g., by displaying a prominent notice within the Jasso or by sending you an email and/or a device notification. We may notify you in advance.
